Coastal Adventures: Exploring Oregon’s Hidden Gems

Hey, fellow trekkers!

After an incredible summer filled with adventures from Yellowstone to Seattle, we’ve found ourselves in the beautiful state of Oregon. Our time here is brief—just two weeks—but we’re making the most of it by focusing on the stunning coastal areas around Pacific City, Cloverdale, Tillamook, and Florence. These picturesque spots offer a perfect blend of rugged coastline, charming small towns, and breathtaking natural beauty.

Pacific City welcomed us with its iconic Haystack Rock, where we marveled at the waves crashing against the shore and the surfers daring to take them on. Cloverdale and Tillamook have provided us with scenic drives and mouthwatering treats, especially at the famous Tillamook Creamery. And Florence? We’re looking forward to exploring its dunes and perhaps catching a sunset over the Pacific.

Our journey through Oregon’s coast is just a taste of what this state has to offer. From here, we’ll continue south into Northern California, where the majestic Redwoods await. We can’t wait to share more of our adventures as we explore these ancient giants and the beauty of the Golden State.
